Every Custom Cult board is built by hand after you order, so it isn't pulled off a shelf. Plan on roughly 6 to 8 weeks from order to shipment. You'll get an order confirmation right away and email updates as your board moves through production.

We ship across the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), to Canada, and internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Yes. After you order you'll receive an order confirmation with a link to your order page, and we email you at each step of production and when your board ships.

You can cancel a custom order yourself up until the day before production starts on your board. After production begins, reach out to support and we'll help where we can, but a board that's already being built can't be changed.

Custom boards are made to order specifically for you, so they generally can't be returned the way a stock product can. If something's wrong, contact us. We want you on a board you love.

Get in touch right away with photos. We stand behind every board we build and will make a manufacturing defect or shipping damage right.

A designer is a rider, artist, or influencer who creates an algorithm: a signature setup that biases a board's calculated geometry toward a particular riding style. When a customer buys a board built under your algorithm, you earn a commission.

Sign in and set up your designer dashboard. Each board you design and purchase adds an algorithm to your profile that others can build on.

Commissions use a two-slot model: the person who shared the board and the designer whose algorithm built it each earn a share. Your rate depends on your designer tier, which grows as boards built on your algorithms sell.

Payouts run through Stripe Connect. You'll set up an Express payout account from your dashboard, and commissions transfer to you after the boards they're tied to are delivered.

No. You can design and explore a board without signing up. You'll need a free account to save a design or place an order.

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. We'll email you a secure link to set a new one.

You can sign in with Google today. Apple sign-in is coming soon.

You can request deletion from your account settings. We anonymize your personal information and keep anonymized order records as required for accounting and tax. There's a 30-day grace period before deletion is finalized.

You answer a few questions about your body, stance, and how hard you ride ("riding intensity"), and our calculation engine works out the geometry (shape, sidecut, and feel) that fits you. You then choose graphics to finish it.

Yes. You can upload your own artwork for the topsheet, position it on the board, and we print it as part of your custom board.

If you'd rather generate art, you can describe what you want and our AI image tool creates topsheet artwork for you to position and ride. You're responsible for not requesting artwork that copies someone else's protected work.

We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our payment processor.

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe and we never store your full card details on our servers.

Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination.
